Terms of use
The short version: play fair, be decent, and buy through Apple. Effective October 8, 2026.
Playing Raro
By using Raro you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Names and leagues
- Your leaderboard name and league names are visible to other players. Don't use names that are offensive, hateful or sexual, or that pretend to be someone else or Raro staff.
- Raro can remove a name, a league or an account that breaks these rules.
- Don't cheat: no modified apps, scripts or fake scores. Raro can remove scores and accounts that do.
Purchases and subscriptions
- Raro Pro and packs are sold through the App Store and charged to your Apple account.
- Raro Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next charge. Manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Cards, packs and scores
Cards, packs, holos and scores only exist inside the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold or exchanged for money, and can't be moved to another account. A card's rarity comes from how players answer, so it can change as more people play.
The game can change
Raro may add, change or remove prompts, features and leaderboards, and may reset leaderboards. Raro is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Raro isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the game, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for Raro in the past 12 months.
Accessibility
Raro is meant to be playable with a screen reader, the keyboard, larger text and reduced motion. What works, and how to tell us when something doesn't, is on the accessibility page.
